Here is a little information on our veterinarians.

He is a member of the AVMA and AAHA and enjoys both feline and canine medicine and surgery. He continues to update the clinic's equipment and protocols to keep pace with the latest improvements in Veterinary Medicine.
His hobbies include hunting, salt water fishing and Golden Retrievers. He is an AKC licensed hunt test judge and member of the Brazosport Retriever Club.
Dr. Wendy Blount
Dr. Blount is a small animal veterinarian who treats dogs and cats only, and is residency trained in Small Animal Internal Medicine. She is based in Nacogdoches and sees appointments at our clinic on wednesdays. She also travels to other small animal clinics in the area to see patients and to provide Continuing Education Seminars to veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
As well as being trained in Internal Medicine, Dr. Blount has an interest in nutrition and natural medicine. She also sees appointments for those who are interested in supporting their pets' health with nutrition and food supplements. Dr. Blount will offer both traditional and nutritional/natural therapies. Some owners choose a purely traditional approach, some choose a natural approach, and many choose both. The coice is completely up to the owner, and Dr. Blount is willing to help support pets in the way that owners and referring veterinarians prefer.
